Taylor carries a president’s name. When it was organized as a township in 1847, it was named for Zachary Taylor, then a general fresh from the Mexican-American War, who won the White House the following year. It became a city in 1968 and is now the largest community Downriver, with 63,409 residents across 23.6 square miles. Every August, Heritage Park hosts the Junior League Baseball World Series, which has drawn youth teams from around the world since 1981.
Your Ferrari comes south from our Southfield base, and the handover takes place at your Taylor address.

Taylor puts the airport, downtown Detroit, and the Downriver waterfront within easy reach, which makes it a practical starting point for a few days in a Ferrari. Our team details and inspects the car before it heads your way. On arrival, a team member takes you through the controls in person, and our concierge line stays available at any hour until the rental ends.
If you're flying in through DTW, let your luggage help you choose. The Roma and Portofino M have a real trunk behind the cabin, plus two small rear seats that take a soft bag. The 488 and F8 Tributo stow bags under the front hood, in a space sized for carry-ons rather than full suitcases. The SF90 Stradale has the least room of all, so it's the one to book when you're traveling light. Tell us what you're packing, and we'll check which of the five is free on your Taylor dates.
Before you book, we give you one all-in figure for the rental. It doesn't grow at the handover, and nothing is added once the car is back with us. The figure reflects three things: which Ferrari, how long, and when. We walk through each one with you before any deposit is taken.
Your Ferrari can meet you at a home off Goddard Road, an office near Telegraph, or a side street close to Heritage Park. Membership in our concierge program includes complimentary delivery and collection up to a set distance from Southfield, and the quote spells out whether a Taylor address qualifies. For everyone else, any delivery charge appears on its own line before you commit.
Every car below wears the same badge, and its story starts with a fighter pilot. Francesco Baracca, Italy's top ace of the First World War, flew with a black prancing horse painted on his aircraft. In 1923, after Enzo Ferrari won a race near Ravenna, he met Baracca's parents, and the pilot's mother told him to put her son's horse on his cars for luck. Ferrari set it on a yellow shield, the color of his hometown of Modena, and it first raced on Scuderia Ferrari's Alfa Romeos at Spa in 1932.
The Spider is the 488 to pick for a summer run down to Lake Erie. With the roof stowed, a three-position electric glass wind stop behind the seats can be raised to cut buffeting in the cabin. Ferrari designed the Spider's frame around its folding hardtop, blending magnesium with 11 different aluminum alloys to give it the same rigidity as the closed GTB. Prefer a fixed roof? The GTB coupe carries the same engine and running gear.

For all its 710 horsepower, the F8 Tributo is easygoing in ordinary traffic. What Car? noted that its V8 pulls so strongly that the dual-clutch gearbox doesn't need to drop down from seventh to pass on the highway, which makes the car "surprisingly effortless to simply mooch around in." The cabin is more practical than you might expect too, with a glovebox, cupholders, and a central tray for a phone and keys. It's a supercar you can live with on Telegraph Road as easily as on an open stretch of I-75.

The Roma doesn't hand you all its pulling power in first gear. Ferrari's Variable Boost Management software adjusts the engine's torque to suit each gear, holding back in the lower ratios and releasing the full 561 lb-ft only in seventh and eighth. The result is a car that feels smooth and progressive when you pull away from a light, then keeps building strength as the gears climb. It's a big reason the Roma is such easy company on a long, unhurried drive.

Top Gear summed up the Portofino M as better than the original Portofino in nearly every key respect: better to drive, more efficient, and packed with more tech. The magazine added that it keeps the gentler qualities that appeal to people who want their Ferrari "to be a daily driver, rather than a weekend warrior." It also praised the 8-speed gearbox as spot-on for both relaxed cruising and harder driving. That combination of comfort and a folding hardtop makes it a natural choice for a multi-day rental.

The SF90's shape earned recognition well beyond car magazines. In 2020, it won a Red Dot "Best of the Best" award, with the jury praising lines that capture its mission as an extreme sports car. The same year, it took one of only 75 Gold Awards at the iF Design Awards, whose jurors highlighted "new proportions which produce a unique balance of symmetry and tension." Underneath sits a plug-in hybrid system pairing a twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors.

The five cars sit at very different price points, so each Taylor rental is quoted for one model and one set of dates.
One day covers a single occasion, and weekend or weekly terms suit a longer visit. Spread across more days, the average daily cost generally drops.
A refundable deposit is part of every booking, and its size scales with the car, topping out on the SF90 Stradale. Your miles are unlimited within 150 miles of the pickup point, which covers Ann Arbor, the Irish Hills, and the whole Lake Erie shore on the Michigan side. Toledo is close, but it's in Ohio, so like any out-of-state or Canadian trip, it needs our approval first, as does going past the radius.
Each rental includes a professional detail, a full inspection, and an in-person handover that explains the car's drive modes and features specific to your model, like the 488 Spider's wind stop. Around-the-clock concierge support is part of the package.
Let us know the Ferrari, the dates, and whether we’re meeting you at home in Taylor or at the airport. We’ll check that the car is free and send the full price.
We sort out everything in this section while you book, so nothing is left for delivery day.
Every renter needs a valid driver's license, which we check at the handover. Because the minimum age requirement differs from one Ferrari to another, we tell you the figure for your chosen model during booking.
Coverage can come from either of two places. If your personal policy is full coverage, extends to rental cars, and reaches the Ferrari's full value, it can do the job. If not, we offer short-term coverage that runs for your rental dates only. Visitors from outside the US can choose that option once they clear an online driver check, which takes a passport and a home license, plus an International Driving Permit for drivers licensed in Asia, Central America, or South America. Verification can run from a day to several, so book international rentals with some lead time.
Card payments work, credit or debit, alongside Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Cash is fine as well. Your dates are held as soon as the deposit arrives. Before you set off, we go through each section of the rental agreement together.
Between the gardens, the river, and the lake, Taylor offers a range of settings within a short drive.
The Taylor Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is an open-air venue centered on a one-third-scale replica of the Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory on Belle Isle. It hosts weddings for up to 125 guests, from June through September, which happen to be the months a Ferrari is most at home in Michigan. A Portofino M with the roof down suits the garden setting well. Birthdays, anniversaries, and a night out in Detroit are planned with the same care around your timing.
The conservatory also books photography sessions directly, so arrange any car shoot on its grounds with the gardens first. For a waterfront look, Lake Erie Metropark's shoreline and marshes are a short drive south, though commercial shoots there may need a Metroparks permit. Short productions can sometimes book select models by the hour, so ask when you inquire.
Head east to the Detroit River and follow Jefferson Avenue south through Wyandotte and Trenton. In Trenton, the John D. Dingell Jr. Visitor Center serves the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, the only international wildlife refuge in North America. Keep going to Lake Erie Metropark in Brownstown, where 1,607 acres include a three-mile shoreline and a boardwalk through the marshes. It's a relaxed half-day loop that ends with open water. Winter is another matter. Road salt and slush are hard on a low car on performance tires, and the SF90's all-wheel drive doesn't change that, so talk to us before booking cold-weather dates. Detroit Metropolitan Airport is just a few miles west of Taylor in Romulus. When you reserve, mention which flight you’re on. Together we’ll pick a meeting point, and the car will be timed to your landing. If you head east on I-94, the blue arches of the Gateway Bridge mark where the freeway crosses Telegraph Road in northern Taylor; the bridge was built ahead of Super Bowl XL. Delays happen; message us from the gate and we’ll adjust.
Homes across Taylor, businesses along Eureka Road and Telegraph, and the airport hotels in nearby Romulus are all on our list. We also deliver to Southgate, Allen Park, Wyandotte, and the rest of Downriver. Before the rental day, we confirm the exact place and time with you.

I rented the Urus from them. It was such a simple process and I absolutely loved the car. I will be coming back again!
Each model has its own rate, with the SF90 Stradale at the high end, and multi-day bookings tend to lower the daily average. Pick a car and dates and we’ll quote the exact cost.
It depends on the car, since our minimum age requirement is set per model. Once you choose, we confirm the requirement for that Ferrari and review your valid license before finalizing.
Yes. A one-day rental is available on all five models, and you can turn it into a weekend or a week.
Yes. It’s refundable, it varies with the model, and it’s returned once the car passes inspection at the end of your rental.
A garden wedding, an airport arrival, or a Saturday on the Lake Erie shore: tell us which Ferrari suits it, plus your dates and where to meet you. We’ll take it from there with availability and pricing.
