1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or renting vehicles, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 18 years old.

A valid driver’s license and major credit card in the renter’s name are required.

You must comply with all local, state, and federal driving laws.

3. Vehicle Reservations and Payments

All reservations require a valid credit card for deposit and rental fees.

Rental rates, taxes, and fees are displayed at the time of booking.

DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals reserves the right to modify rates or availability at any time.

4. Rental Terms

Vehicles must be used only by the registered renter.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as rented.

Smoking or illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Any damage, theft, or traffic violations incurred during the rental are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Insurance and Liability

Renters are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage.

DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals may offer optional insurance packages.

DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the rental period.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental may forfeit the deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the vehicle for illegal purposes.

Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Participate in races, stunts, or off-road driving.

Allow unauthorized drivers.

8. Limitation of Liability

DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals is not responsible for:

Loss of personal belongings.

Consequential or incidental damages.

Delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

DRMLXRY Exotic Car Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
